2Phone/Email Support: Client is allowed 4 incidents per month free of charge. Each additional incident will be billed at $50 per incident. Both phone or email incidents count the same. Incidents that are due to WEBVISTA ERROR will not be billable to the client neither will they count towards the 4 monthly incidents.
