WebVista is responsible for transferring only 1 domain name per account. This is valid for domain names hosted by Network Solutions, Inc. (NSI). Domain Name transfer is performed via a 1-time fax to NSI. If DNS fails to transfer WebVista will bill any additional communication with NSI at the rate of $125/hour billed in 15-minute increments.

2Phone/Email Support: Client is allowed 4 incidents per month free of charge. Each additional incident will be billed at $50 per incident. Both phone or email incidents count the same. Incidents that are due to WEBVISTA ERROR will not be billable to the client neither will they count towards the 4 monthly incidents.
